The Box Office Associate supports ticket sales operations on game days by delivering courteous, professional, and fan-focused customer service. This seasonal, part-time role assists fans with ticket purchases, event information, and stadium policies while helping create a welcoming and positive game-day experience.
This position requires flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
Compensation: $15 per hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for all fans.
- Assist customers with ticket purchases in person and over the phone using the ticketing system.
- Answer questions related to ticket availability, pricing, seating options, and stadium policies.
- Troubleshoot ticketing issues such as reprints, exchanges, and account updates.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Provide information regarding current and upcoming matches and events.
- Maintain knowledge of stadium policies, procedures, and event operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prior experience in customer service, ticketing, or box office operations preferred.
- Basic computer skills; ticketing system training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Employment with the Club is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check, where applicable and in accordance with applicable laws.
- All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive motions for up to 8 hours per shift.
Ability to work in moderate to very loud environments.
Ability to clearly communicate in person and by telephone.
SCHEDULE:
This is a part-time, hourly, seasonal position requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays between March and November. Schedules will vary based on event needs.
