Pay: $16–$19/hour + potential bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Monitor aquatic areas and enforce safety rules
• Respond quickly to emergencies and provide care until EMS arrives
• Conduct safety inspections and complete detailed incident reports
• Uphold the DSR’s core values: Rescue Readiness, Ownership, and Integrity

 

Qualifications

• Must be 17+ years old by start date
• Strong swimming ability and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Prior customer service or team sports experience preferred

 

Tryout Requirements

• 200-yard medley swim: 75 breaststroke, 50 sidestroke, 75 freestyle (under 3:50)
• 25-yard head-up sprint (under :20)
• 25-yard dummy tow (under :50)
• 2-minute hands-only CPR with consistent quality
