Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $17.50 to $19.10+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
- Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the renovation of the existing biking and hiking trail system. Will also work with the other members of the trail crew to complete the construction of a new mountain bike trail system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be aware of trail conditions and perform maintenance as necessary, especially after rain.
- Use hand tools to finish machine-built trails
- Works with Trail Crew Foreman and Lead members on weekly planning and daily tasks.
- Able to work long hours in an outdoor environment
- Able to lift and carry 75 pounds
- Trail duties include digging, raking, hauling dirt, rocks, and other materials, and tree removal.
- Reveg at work sites
- Able to work collaboratively with other team members to reach desired result.
- Understands mountain firefighting reporting and Forest Service Protocol.
- Understands 911 activation.
- Communication with other departments.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
